[Authenticator] Why upon recovering the data from backup all my accounts are labeled with "Action required" and they act like placeholders?

I have a Note 20 Ultra5G, and I backed up my authenticators with a personal account, reset the phone, and recovered them from backup. All good until I attempt to reconnect on my saved accounts, and all of them say in red "Action Required" with a big exclamation sign... And in fact, what I need is to reset the Authenticator settings because when I tap on the error, it brings me to the screen when I need to scan a QR code again; in fact, it doesn't save me the account; they are just placeholders that do nothing upon recovering from backup. And of course, I am unable to scan another qr code for that account because I am not able to log into it, and in fact, I am locked out and unable to perform any actions. Of course I am unable to take screenshots due to security policy.
Thanks, Microsoft!
