Endless loop with Authenticator
I have been trying to do some work to get Power BI Pro, but it requires my "Work" account. I have been trying to then log in with that, but when I try to do so, I get prompted to enter the code on my authenticator app (which it does not accept), then when I select try another way, it states to enter the 2 digit code in my app (which is also not available). I have removed the account from my authenticator and tried to add it fresh, but when I do that, it tells me to look for the code on my authenticator app (while I am trying to set up the authenticator! It makes no sense. I have tried opening cases online but they all tell me to go manage it through my online account (which then prompts me for this same authenticator code that it won't accept), and if I call into support, it tells me I need to open the case online, and again it will not allow me to. There has to be a way to solve this authenticator issue. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, removed the account, tried re-adding, etc. Nothing works.
