Azure Trusted Signing Identity Validation has stopped asking me for additional documents, and now, it just fails me on the first step.

I submitted all the documents, even the ones from 12 months ago, but it ended up saying Failed. I have since tried again,

"Hello, Thank you for providing additional documents to our team for account verification. Upon review, we identified that the documents do not match the information you entered for your account. Please provide an assignment letter on company letterhead showing the relationship of the purchaser to the company. Thank you, Vetting Operations Support"

I just get a message and nothing happens.

I have attached both the company registration certificate from the Korean government and the receipt for the domain purchase, but they all failed. Please help.
