Automating Form Scheduling via Shared Mailbox/Teams Channel etc

Hello Team,

We send multiple forms yearly (ESAT surveys, Bi-Annual reviews, Annual evaluations). Is there a way to schedule these forms using a shared HR mailbox/Teams Channels, ensuring they are sent automatically on set dates without individual dependency? Does Microsoft offer any app or feature to support this?
