Hello. We have significantly increased the size of our databases, we don't understand for what reasons.
What are the methods to analyze? What should be analyzed? Maybe there are some approaches, scripts?

There really isnt anything to analyze that any longer. There used to be free script to look at these things.

To generate a report of mailbox sizes to identify users with unusually large mailboxes. You can use the Exchange Management Shell:
Get-MailboxStatistics -Database "YourDatabase" | Sort-Object TotalItemSize -Descending | Select-Object DisplayName, TotalItemSize, ItemCount | Export-CSV "C:\MailboxSizeReport.csv" -NoTypeInformation
Remember to review mailbox quota settings to ensure they are appropriate.

@Anonymous Thank you. But it's the least I can analyze. I think I need a more in-depth approach. Analyze mail boxes, online archives, databases, transaction logs and more.
