I have an Azure DevOps project that allows for Unassigned to be used in the Assigned To field, and a different project in a different Organization that will not allow Unassigned to be used. Where is this setup/configured? I've searched and found references to the settings of the Process definitions, but the Assigned To field is not part of those configurations.
