Okay i need some Help, my old account had been hacked and it still can't access anything both my computer and to my laptop, LIVE chat has done nothing Except just freaking loading and Calling Microsoft doesn't work, this hacker as set up 2FA so i can't GET IN, i have reached my limits and i need desperate help, because i can't login into my new one for my other stuff and I'm just STUCK, so Microsoft I'm asking you to speed up the process and get my account back as you are doing nothing to help me.

i have the Hacker's email but i can't get in at all, and at this point it's making me feel hopeless and making me want to delete everything from my Microsoft..

EXTRA contents: i don't have an outlook email only Gmail and Tuta email, and the hacker only got in after 2 weeks of back and forth with Microsoft while i was trying to get it back.
