Video not displaying thumbnail from URL on D365 CRM Marketing

Hi, I've created an e-mail which contains a video element. I've added the video URL as well as the thumbnail URL however D365 CRM Marketing doesn't display the thumbnail when in preview mode or when I send a test e-mail to myself, the space is blank. When I don't add the thumbnail via a URL I see a message 'No video thumbnail added'. Not sure what I'm missing here? - many thanks in advance!

Can you confirm the image URL is publicly accessible? Dynamics 365 uses an <img> tag to render the thumbnail, so the URL must point to a publicly accessible image. You could upload the image as a Marketing File in D365 and use that URL.
