Hi,

I have a question. We use gmail in my organization for email and Knowbe4 for phishing email submission and remediation. We have microsoft 365 licenses for all staff members. My organization is thinking of getting rid of Knowbe4 but I was wondering if there is something I can do to configure defender to take its place for phishing email submission and remediation.

The email accounts for staff members are exactly the same in both 365 and Google workspace. I want to keep staff using gmail but I would like users to be able to submit phishing emails and all remediation to be handled by defender.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

    Hi

Based on my research, MDO is primarily designed for Microsoft 365 environments. Therefore, to take advantage of this feature you email would somehow need to land on exchange /m365 platform.

One of the ways to achieve this is by mailflow rules.
