Azure O1 Request - after 4 weeks no rejection or acceptance

Dear MS Learn Team,

I requested o1 access in my azure account on 01.01.25 and received a confirmation email stating the application will be reviewed, and I received a application nr. 2898906.

After two weeks from not hearing back, I retried the form and again received a confirmation now with the application nr. 2914244.

Still no feedback, neither a rejection nor a acceptance of my request.

Can you please check whether there is a problem?

Thank you!

    Hello !

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Learn Q&A.

You can check the progress of an Azure support ticket is in the Azure Portal.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-manage-azure-support-request

If you only filled the o1 access registration form, it won’t appear in the portal. To get a status, create a support request in the portal and reference your application IDs 2898906 and 2914244.

The Azure OpenAI Service o1 models require registration and are eligible only to customers on the Enterprise Agreement Offer. Subscriptions not under the Enterprise Agreement Offer are subject to denial.

Based on this old thread :

Microsoft onboard eligible customers as they have space and due to high demand, eligible customers may remain on the waitlist until space is available. You may need to add [maccount@microsoft.com] and [csgate@microsoft.com] to your Safe Senders list to ensure you receive all correspondence pertaining to your registration, including the verification email from Microsoft Vetting Service.
