Outlook customers not receiving OTP emails? Why isn't this resolved?

I've spent the last few weeks back and forth with Chemist-4-u as I am not receiving OTP emails or payment links.

I've spent HOURS searching for resolutions (yes I've checked there's no rules blocking these emails, I've added them to my safe senders & yes I've checked my junk folder)

I've also spent hours on the phone with the company trying to resolve this directly only to come across countless threads of other hotmail/outlook users having the exact same issue due to these emails simply being blocked without our consent and no way round it.

Is this being investigated? And if so, is there timeline for this to be fixed? Because it's one thing not being able to access FB or amazon accounts, but because of this fault in the system, it's meant I haven't been able to get much needed medication.

    Hi @B.D

    Welcome to our forum!

What is your account? Outlook.com or something else?

If you are using an outlook.com account, please try using a different email provider to see if the emails come through.

If it works fine, looks like the issue is more related to your outlook.com account, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. It's suggested that you could post your case in dedicated forum for Outlook.com for more professional advice.

Thanks for your support and understanding!
