Microsoft Document Intelligence: how to download the fields & content that was discovered in an invoice?

Hi,

I've successfully loaded and analysed an invoice in MS document intelligence studio. The extract shows me an overview of all discovered fields (metadata) and their corresponding data. Some data can be seen in tables and furthermore I can see the results and code (quite unusable to derive metadata).

I want to obtain the metadata (names of the discovered fields - from the first tab) of my invoice that was just recognized. How can I do this?

Thanx,

C.

    Hi Christoph Balduck

To download the metadata (names of the discovered fields) from your invoice in Microsoft Document Intelligence Studio, first ensure that you have run the analysis on your invoice to extract the fields and their corresponding data. Then, go to the results tab where you can see an overview of all discovered fields (metadata) and their corresponding data. Look for an export or download option within the results tab, which will allow you to download the metadata in a structured format, such as a CSV or JSON file. Additionally, you can extract invoice metadata using the REST API (Analyze API) or the Python SDK.
