Two different subscriptions on 1 PC, how do I delete one.

Okay, on my personal PC I have my own 365 description. It shows under the User Information heading in the Account link under file. Additionally, however, I also have a work based account that at some point needed to be put on my work PC for reasons of urgency. It appears under the Product Information heading on the right. Now, I want to get rid of the connection to my work issued MS365 apps (Microsoft 365 Apps for Business) and just have my private subscription on my private PC (a family plan Microsoft 365 version).
How can that be achieved with minimal pain and risk. Again, I would appear to be using my family plan already (because it is listed on the left hand side). I just want to get rid of the Product Information on the right. Finally, the product line up in both cases seems identical.
