Intune Windows enrollment

Hello,
We have a device that has been successfully enrolled in Intune via Entra join, however we are getting multiple enrollment errors on the Troubleshooting page (see image).
The user's old local account is showing up, instead of their work account on the Windows login page.
The device was enrolled the same way as 50 other devices, yet is having these isolated issues.
Can I fix this without disconnecting and reconnecting the work account?

    To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:

    1.The image is not added in your post, if possible, please add this image again. Any specific error code or error message is ok.

    2.Please check if you can see this device in intune portal and "Managed by" shows "intune". Here is the example:
