hey

I'd greatly appreciate some help on the matter from the title.

steps I followed:

  1. Clicked "Sign in" in my acceptance e-mail
    User's image
  2. Clicked "Activate Azure" and then "Link Microsoft Account".
That being said - my email here is the same as the one used by my LinkedIn account. It's not the same as the account under which my Azure Account is registered
    User's image
  3. Clicked my account name
    User's image
  4. Provided additional data
User's image And the result is below:

User's image

Any idea what may be causing this?

best regards,

RD

    Hello Radosław Domański,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Q&A forum.

Please ensure that the information in your Azure account profile is accurate. Since the email used for your Azure Startups submission differs from the one registered with your Azure account, you may need to verify that the email you are using for linking matches the one associated with your Azure account.

It appears that you may have linked a work account instead of a personal account. If so, migrating the credits to the correct account will be necessary. To resolve this, we recommend working with a billing engineer who can assist you in ensuring your credits are assigned to the appropriate account.

Can you please create a support ticket to request their assistance with this matter.
