Hi @ARTE ,

Welcome to our forum!

Are you using Classic Outlook desktop client?

If so, you can change to People view and click the contact group, then press Ctrl+A to select all contacts and right click to select Delete.

I notice that you want to import a new CSV, please refer to: Import or export contacts in Outlook.

I am using the new outlook - have over 5000 contacts and want to delete all contacts to reload with a clean contact csv file. so far I have not been able to delete all my contacts.

New Outlook lets you select all, but Right click > delete only deletes one of them at a time. I'm starting to understand why people don't like new outlook.
