Outlook 2019 navigation/folder pane - font

Question

In Outlook 2010 I was able to change the font used to display the folder list in the left hand pane. I have upgraded to Outlook 2019 and cannot read the default font. How can I change it? I have changed the message fonts in the centre pane, it is the folder names for which I need to change the font.

Some suggest increasing the display size for Windows itself however

Agree with Andy, there seems to be no option that could change the font of folder pane in Outlook 2019, for this requirement, we may need to change the display of Systems via changing "Make text bigger" or changing "scale and layout", but they would also affect other programs in Windows.

Then, as a suggestion, in order to get this feature in the future, please kindly vote for this idea in Uservoice, which may increase the priority for our engineers to create a possible option or feature that can be included in the future updates of the program, thanks for your understanding and support.

I went through the same dilemma after purchasing a newer laptop. No way of changing font size of the side and top information bars from within Outlook 2019

However, it is possible to go into Windows 11; Settings, Display, Scale, Text Size and adjust Text Size until a readable size is reached in those Outlook Side, Top Bars. It also adjusted (increased) the size of the reading font size in headings and content of the messages!
