When opening Authenticator at my iPhone it doesn’t get past the initial screen of the Authenticator logo

When I try to open Authenticator at my iPhone the Face ID works fine but I can’t get passed the initial screen of the Authenticator logo with a text below that states “Authenticator Blocked”.
Have tried to restart my phone and reinstall the app but get the same problem. Also tried at a different iPhone with my apple account but get the same result.
