Hi,
I created an azure account however it is not fully enabled and unable to create support ticket. How can this be fixed?

Please follow below steps:
3.Describe the issue and click on go.
4. Select service that facing issue
5.Click on next.
6.Click on create support ticket, please fill the details and click on next
7.After click on next button page will appears like this need to click on support request.
8.Click in next
9.Need to fill Problem date and issue. click in next
10.Final need to review and click on create

The screenshot "14.59.53.png" says that you don't have accurate Azure Account to raise any tickets as you are not subscribed to Azure.

If I am not subscribed to account why does it login into azure portal. I even can see tenant account.

Hey Saqib,
It looks like the error message is saying that you're not part of a Tenant. If you're not in any Tenant, that means you don't have an active subscription. If you have multiple tenants, try raising a ticket through the one where you're a member.

I don't have any other tenant account and unfortunately I am unable to create a ticket.

Thanks for replying, we can choose either billing or subscription management becuase here issue mostly comes under these two services only.
