Recently passed AI-900 but I cannot see my credential.

Question

I recently took and passed the AI-900. At the end of the exam, I received a print out from the exam proctor with my score and the performance breakdown by exam section. However, I have not received a confirmation email, and when I login to Microsoft Learn, my certification does not appear. How can this be resolved?
