Unable to Validate Phone Number for Azure Free Account Signup

Hello,

I'm trying to sign up for an Azure Free Account, but I am unable to complete the phone number verification step. When I enter my phone number and request an SMS code, I receive the following error:

“We’re unable to validate your phone number. Phone validation is required to confirm your identity and complete signup.” SessionID: 130d252b-2956-4938-8e99-8d4698d0cc89 TimeStampUTC: 2/8/2025 10:19:54 PM

What I’ve Tried:

✅ Entered my phone number in different formats (e.g., with and without country code: +994 50 123 4567 and 050 123 4567). ✅ Used a different phone number. ✅ Cleared browser cache, used incognito mode, and tried different browsers. ✅ Tried signing up on a different device and network (Wi-Fi & Mobile Data). ✅ Disabled VPN and firewall.

Issue Still Persists.

Is there any way to manually verify my phone number or bypass this issue? I need Azure access for development and would appreciate any guidance.
