I can't create a new account on Azzure.

Question

When I am trying yo create new account on Azzure i face an Error of you are not eligible for Azure Free Account, i have tried with adding Credit card details though i have faced the same error.

To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

• The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
• The credit card information is correct.
• You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.
