I need to change the subscription of a user so that I could enable the vm service

We are a non profit organisation situated in Kolkata (india). Our knowledge in the world of computers are limited. Our vendor registered us with Techsoup and were able to get sponsership from your organisationfor quite some years.

During the initial stage, We were unaware that we need to apply for sponsership every year and so after a year, we were moved to pay as we go. By the time we realised it, we owed your organization a bill. We had asked if you would consider weaving the same and from then on we reapplied for sponsorship every year religiously.

What we do use azure for are

a. Emails. and

b. VM totalling 4 for our accounts department as we have 3 location in Kolkata through which we do social service.

As per our engineers calculation, we should not have used up $2000 that is marked for us. Unfortunately, our account is disabled and we are nolonger able to open our vm.

If we can no longer have free usage of our vm then please allow us to open our vm for a day so that we can download our accounting system along with our data as we have no backup of the same and all accounts is held up till we can resolve the issue.

See @Abiola Akinbade response above. You can follow those steps to re-enable your subscription. You will need to resolve you invoice in order regain access to your subscription and its resources though. If you need further assistance in resolving your invoice, you can contact Azure Billing Support.
