A family of Microsoft spreadsheet software with tools for analyzing, charting, and communicating data
Do you mean that all Excel workbooks cannot be printed normally?
- You may go to Page Layout > Page Setup > Print Area > Clear Print Area.
As Viorel suggested, please use “Microsoft Print to PDF” for a check.
If you still have the same issue using the virtual printer above, I suggest you run Excel in safe mode and test printing.
- You can press and hold on Ctrl key, double-click one Excel workbook until its asks if you want to start it in safe mode, then please release Ctrl key and click "Yes".
- If you can print normally in safe mode, the issue may be caused by the Excel COM add-in. Please click
File > Options > Add-ins > Manage COM Add-ins, click "Go". Clear the check boxes for any enabled COM add-ins, select OK.
If safe mode does not work, it's recommended to right-click on the Excel icon, run Excel app as administrator. Then browse and open one Excel file for a check.
Besides, I suggest you perform an Online Repair for your Office in Control Pannel.
