Windows 10 home + Microsoft account

Question

We have an user with Windows 10 Home edition. When she logs on I can see that user is linked to a Microsoft account with @hotmail.com .

On her desktop she is using Office with another Microsoft 365 account which has a legal license of business standard 365.

We want to unlink the @hotmail.com account but it keeps popping up/linked.

When I sign off from all the Office applications and link her mail address to the Outlook I see @business365account and she gets het mailbox of the correct account.

When we restart and logon again I go to the user and there I still see that it is linked to the account of @hotmail.com .

I cannot remove that user and give her another local user because there are some applications which she wants to keep and the configuration is only for that user.

So the question is simple: how can I remove the link between the not wanted Micrsoft account and link it to another Micrsoft account and keep the profile of the first user.
