@James Chan_110, Thanks for posting in Q&A. To protect data on home PC, you can use Intune's app protection policies to help stop data leaks and keep your organization's data safe.

But on Windows, it only supports on Microsoft Edge. Here is a link with more details.

Another method is to enroll these PC into Intune via BYOD method and control the devices via device compliance policy or Endpoint security policy.

In addition, you can also control app access via conditional access policy
