The problem is due to UDP protocol used by Windows 11 last 2025 update. It seems that UDP was preferred to TCP in RDP connection and this causes the problem especially with old Windows Server 2012 R2.

Different RD Programs have the option to avoid UDP connection but RDCMan not.

This causes windows to connect by UDP and the problem appears.

The workarond is to set via GP or via registry the server or the client to force TCP.

The hope is that also RDCMan could add the "force TCP connection" in its options.

    Regards,
    Graziano.
