When trying to access an external partner's SharePoint, I do not get a Microsoft Authenticator notification although I have the app and am successfully logged in. I contacted my own IT team to reset my MFA and remove/reset my device, and did so, but nothing is working. I think the problem may be resolved by the IT team on my partner's SharePoint side? Please advise.
