50% discount not linked after event completion

Hi team,

On 10th February, I had attended the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training - AI Fundamentals event for which after 2 days i.e on 12th February I received a email stating that I am eligible to take AI-900 exam at 50% discount. But now the problem is when I am going to schedule the exam through the same email id that I used to register for the event, no discount coupon is applied during checkout. The email id is [******@gmail.com] through which I had attended the event. 

Please check and kindly do the needful.
