Getting billed for account I cannot access

I created an azure account a while back and run some tests. In the meantime I've switched Office365 provider and for some reason I can now no longer access the tenant for which I'm getting billed. I assume the tenant I'm getting billed for is under that office365 account. It would help to know which account the tenant belongs to so I can try to stop the billing...

Any idea?
