I am trying to create an individual identity validation following this guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/trusted-signing/quickstart?tabs=registerrp-portal%2Caccount-portal%2Corgvalidation%2Ccertificateprofile-portal%2Cdeleteresources-portal
I am able to create the validation but it quickly fails without any explanation as to what went wrong.
Looking online, it seems like others get to an identity verification step before failing. However, I cannot get this far; I can fill out my name, email, and address but nothing else.
Any idea what's going wrong?

there's an issue with gmail addesses as of now. Please wait until we resolve the issue or use an alternate email address.
