What is the meaning of only 9 can be recorded?

Do you mean only 9 participant can be shown in Teams meeting ?

Microsoft Teams now launched large gallery view (7×7 videos) and Together mode are available to the public for desktop & mobile. For more details, you can refer to:

Thank you for your answer, I do know the large gallery view (7×7 videos).

When I used the large gallery view and wanted to record my screen (49 people), but I couldn't.
Only 3x3 was shown in the recorded video data. (Despite the fact that 49 people are on the screen)

So, my question is how to record 49 people.

Unfortunately，Microsoft Teams is not support recording 49 people in the screen. Some customers has reported this issue and we also recommend you vote for it in Teams UserVoice（https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/41098192-have-recordings-in-large-gallery-mode.

Microsoft will always focus on customer’s feedback and experience. Some new features would be added to the services based on customers' feedback in the future, and your good ideas will be very helpful for them to improve the service.
