    Hi,

    1. Does the issue occur on one VM or all VMs?
    2. Based on my experience, corrupted configuration file of the VM might cause the issue. So, please try to use the VHDX of the VM to create a new VM, then add to the cluster, check if we can open the Settings of the VM.
