I faced a connectivity failure while video streaming and it asked me to reschedule the exam. How do i do that ?

I have schedule exam for AI-900 - Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, while i was doing the system tests and was in the last stage like all the pics of my testing space has been clicked but while connecting for video connectivity it failed and said i can reschedule my exam, hence i would like to reschedule, How to reschedule my exam without having to pay again for the same as i have already paid and the only issue i faced was while checking for video connectivity which failed and it gave me an option for rescheduling the exam. How do i do that ?
