How to Unlink a Domain from an Inaccessible Microsoft Tenant?

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue where my domain is still linked to an old Microsoft tenant, but I no longer have access to that tenant. However, I do still have access to the domain itself.

I need to unlink the domain from the old tenant so that I can associate it with a new tenant, but I’m unsure how to proceed without access to the original tenant.

Has anyone experienced this situation before? What steps should I take to resolve this issue and unlink the domain from the old tenant? Any advice or insights on how I can fix this would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help!
