Why my application cannot login using Microsoft Account only in Release Build?

My Application cannot sign in using Microsoft Account in Release build (.appxupload file) but can sign in just fine in Test build (.appx file). This app is intended for Microsoft Store.

I notice that you mentioned "sign in", do you mean associating the UWP app with the Microsoft Store? If so, do you get any error message maybe? Could you share us some screenshots to check further?
If the "sign in" means the feature that in your application, may I know the APIs that you use?
