Hot to fix error while disable Internet explorer via DISM on windows server 2019 - Error: 14081 The referenced assembly could not be found

I am trying to disable Internet explorer 11 by using DISM command. however, it is failing with an error as below.

Command - dism /online /disable-feature /featurename:Internet-Explorer-Optional-amd64

Disabling feature(s)

Error: 14081

The referenced assembly could not be found

    Hello,

    1. Please open administrator command line and run "sfc /scannow" "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" to check the health of system files.
    2. For more details, we could check the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS.cbs.log. There should be some files missing detected, try to get the files from a known good machine.
