i need to merge 2 pearson vue account created with the same email id and update my profile for the latest certificate
I recently contacted Pearson VUE support regarding an issue with my certification account. They informed me that there are two accounts associated with the same email ID on Microsoft's system, which is preventing me from accessing the report for my latest certification exam.
Pearson VUE mentioned that merging these accounts can only be done by Microsoft. I kindly request your assistance in merging them so I can access my certification records without any issues. Please let me know the necessary steps or any information you require from my end.
I recently passed my DP-203 certification exam, but I have not yet received my certificate or any confirmation email regarding the same. Additionally, I am unable to access my certification details due to duplicate accounts associated with my email, as informed by Pearson VUE support.
