Allowing others to start Teams meetings created with my personal Office 365 account

I have a paid personal Microsoft 365 account. I want to create a recurring weekly meeting for my service club, so the meeting invitation stays persistent over time. However, some weeks I am not available to start the meeting. How do I allow invited users (or even anonymous users) to start the meeting when I am not available to log in to my personal Teams account to start the meeting?

I don't have the Admin portal because I am not part of an organization.

Thanks for any ideas.

    Hi @Alan Jacobs

You can create recurring meetings on Teams using your personal account, and the meetings will run even when you are not able to use Teams.
