Certification Issue.

Hello Team, I have completed my "Azure Fundamentals" certification on 2nd Dec 2023, and my Microsoft certification ID: 995959356, but still I'am not able to see any certificate in the credentials tab and thus cant see the badge so please help me to get it, Thank you.
