Dear Microsoft Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Microsoft certification accounts. After contacting Pearsonvue, I was informed that I have two separate accounts associated with the same email ID. As a result, my certification records are not consolidated, and I am unable to view the certifications I have earned in the past few months.
The Pearsonvue team advised me to contact Microsoft Support to request a merger of these accounts so that my Candidate IDs can be synchronized. Below are my account details:

• Candidate ID 1: MS1100224721 (account where I have taken my exam)
• Candidate ID 2: MS1100223882
I kindly request your assistance in merging these accounts to ensure that all my certifications are correctly reflected under a single profile. Please let me know if any additional information or verification is required.
