Critical issue: o3-mini API on Azure not responding since 02/18

I have encountered a problem since 02/18 — o3-mini API deployed on Azure stopped working (requests are very slow), and the situation remains unchanged at the moment. Before that, it was functioning properly for a month, and no changes were made on my part. However, now the model is not responding.
The problem is observed on deployments located in eastus2 and swedencentral.
In addition, when testing in OpenAI Foundry, I also do not receive a response.
I would be very grateful if you could let me know when this problem will be fixed.
