Lost Authenticator APP and no access to my account

Question

I have lost my phone and along with it my Microsoft 365 account authentication application.

Please I need to know what I can do to reset the authentication to be able to put the new terminal with the authenticator app.

I have no phone associated with my account so it does not allow me any authentication method other than this.
