Problemas con la verificación de autheticator

Buenos días, estoy presentando un problema con la verificación en mi app de authenticator, ya que formatee el celular, y ahora me pide el código para entrar en la cuenta, pero me pide un código que solamente aparece en la app que no he podido abrir por que pide ese código es desde la misma app, la app me esta solicitando un código qr que aparece en la cuenta pero no puedo ingresarlo ya que no me deja abrirla sin el código de la app, que puedo hacer?
