Greetings, I have a problem that arose recently, investigating I realized that it is a problem that occurred last year, but I see that they say that there was no solution. Or if there was, I haven't seen it.

I have a friend who has a business account and he has shared it with several people with personal accounts. This was placed as a folder within the files and synchronized without problem, it has been working quite well until today, February 20, when suddenly you cannot access the folder from your Windows 11 explorer. This is a folder that always synchronized with your PC as indicated, it had not presented any errors, now when you see the folder it appears as a shortcut to open it in the browser.

An attempt was made to carry out the folder sharing procedure on different accounts, to see if it was a general or perisological problem, but there were results in which it worked in some accounts and not in others.

This indeed represents a serious problem and I would like to know if there has been a solution.

I await a response please.

Thank you so much!!!

    Hi @Guillermo Herrera

I can understand issue you're facing with OneDrive.

Here is an article "Add and sync shared folders to OneDrive for home", at the bottom of the document, Microsoft states that it is investigating the issue. But I'm really sorry, this issue has not been fixed yet, and users need to access shared files through a browser.
