My connection to flexible server was working but now it seems that azure is blocking it

My connection to the flexible server was working fine, but it now appears that Azure is blocking it. This issue started on Saturday, even though this configuration had been working for over seven months.

Could you please provide below information.

1. Is your server hosted on a VM in Azure ?
2. Whether it was accessible over Public IP or Private IP or did you any ?
3. Will you be able to share your High level network diagram ? Which will have the source and destination and if any firewall/NSG .
4. Could you please verify if it is accessible internally from the same VNet?
5. Was there a change in your environment? please describe.
6. Could you please check OS level firewall logs to ensure it is not blocking there.
7. Could you please verify if the service on flexible server is running?

And what product are you using? You have tagged the question Azure SQL Database, which is service for SQL Server. But "flexible server" sounds like it would be Postgres or MySQL. There is service tier "flexible server" for Azure SQL Database.
