Permission error registering an application in Azure

I need to register in Azure an application to embed the Power BI service. When I try to register the application I get an error saying that I don't have permission to register an application in the directory (see screenshot attached).

I am the only user in my Azure service, my role is Owner, and should be authorized to everything. How to fix the permission problem?

    Hi Pablo Schor

    For registering an application, your user should have an Azure AD directory role, which need to be assigned separately from the settings. Note that, Owner role is an Azure RBAC role and is not the one required in this case.

    Here is how you can assign the permissions for the users. Open the blade Azure AD-- Users -- Users Settings and enable the necessary settings as shown below:
