Accounts merging

Question

Greetings!

I need assistance with merging my MS accounts. Apparently, I have two MS accounts. Now I want to book for my next exams, and the exam center picks up two accounts that need merging. The twist is that I tried to merge these accounts, but they are the same and are the only accounts created using my email address. Now it is confusing how I can merge them hence; Microsoft only allows one personal account and about five office/work emails. However, I did not register any office/work email with Microsoft Learn.
