Microsoft ecosystem overview on platforms, what they do and how everything links together

Question

I have been in IT for a while. I come from a Microsoft background, however, most recently at my previous employer, I was more involved in the Google domain. I recently started a new role at a global company that is Microsoft-first, which is absolutely amazing. What I have found is that there are so many Microsoft platforms, such as Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Entra, etc. I have a good overview of some of the platforms, and I am quickly grasping the others I am not so familiar with. What would be great is if it is possible to get a full overview of all the Microsoft platforms, a brief summary of the function of each, and how these platforms work together.
