Why is my sign-in log filled with many, many (3-4 per minute) successful unattended logins to my account?

Drilling down shows a login to this appplication - ADIbizaUX - no idea what that is. I reset my password and forced all instances to log out. This did not change anything.

This is troubling as it my be an indication of compromise.
